We have been going there for years. We take different couples with us each time we go. We and the couples have always been more than satisfied with the service and the food. The steaks are superb to say the least. I've paid twice the money for steaks in other restaurants that are not half as good. The wait staff are kind and courteous and on the ball.
If you are looking for trendy or something like Applebee's or Outback, this is not the place for you. This is the old time family owned supper club with quality food and drinks and a relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good steak and seafood. They are second to none.

We invited friends with us on a Wednesday night to enjoy the Frog Leg special, but needless to say it didn't turn out as we had hoped. Very long wait, then were told that they ran out and had to take more out of the freezer, not many people there and it was the special of the day so didn't make much sense. When we finally received our food, two out of the five specials ordered were very overdone. Drinks weren't very good either, makes me not want to go out to eat anymore.

My husband and I visited Ziggy's this past weekend for the first time in ten years. We were with friends that had not been there in many many years either. We had originally gone to Plae Bistro in Allouez for dinner, but after we were informed that there would be a 60 to 90 minute wait to be seated, we called Ziggy's to see what the wait was there. The gentleman who answered our call at Ziggy's, told us that it would be a 45 minute wait from the time we put our name in, which we did over the phone and confirmed upon our arrival there. After waiting at the bar for just over an hour, one of the ladies in our group went to check on our table and were informed that it was ready for us and we sat down immediately.
We received menu's right away and ordered dinner and another round of drinks within about ten minutes. There was one relish tray on the table for all six of us to split, so we asked for another one along with some bread. the waitress then told us they were out of bread (no rolls, etc... ). We were told that they were also out of clam chowder, scallops and two of the nightly specials were no longer available (it was two hours before the kitchen closed for the evening). After finally taking our order, we waited another 45 minutes for our soup and salad to show up. Drinks were still not delivered and the second relish tray was nowhere to be found. My husband had ordered baked french onion soup and had to wait an extra ten minutes for his to be delivered. By the time he started eating his soup, the rest of us were done and our salad plates were cleared.
After another half hour wait, we got up again to talk to a manager about how long dinner was taking and were told that it would be right out. Six adults at this table ordered different entrées, four were so bad they did not get eaten. The New York Strip was so tough you could not chew it. An order of basic shrimp was so overcooked it was like eating jerky. One of the men ordered Dungoneous Crab which he said was very good, and I had tenderloin and lobster which I also enjoyed very much.
Our waitress Hannah was unsympathetic to our concerns and simply said she was doing the best she could (which she was). The manager told us they were "just as busy as Plae Bistro that night and we should give them a break".
Based on the quality of food, the attitude of our server and the manager, the long wait, and the number of food items they ran out of that night, we all left this restaurant with a sour taste in our mouths.
If you are looking for a stiff drink and a subpar dining experience, this is the place for you!
If you are looking for a nice quality dinner where you get what you pay for, I suggest you keep driving and go somewhere else - you will be sadly disappointed with this restaurant.

I hadn't dined there in a while, but knew it would be a good place to take my friend while in town on Packer weekend. The wait wasn't as long as they told us it would be, that was nice, so then we put in our order. But of course Prime Rib, right?????
We were seated and served our salads, just finishing waiting patiently for Prime Rib. Yum!!
The waitress came over to our table to say they were all out of the Prime Rib..................disappointing to say the least............needless to say we decided to go elsewhere.........but we had to cough up $3 for the salad.
