Restaurant Review of Vintage Cantina in Green Bay, WI

I stopped in for lunch at Vintage Cantina, which is located in downtown Green Bay, which was formerly the Café Espresso. The new owner did a major renovation and I was impressed with the new clean look. The Cantina has a bright fun upscale atmosphere and has enough seating space for 99 people. The main color theme is blue, the bar top is made of quartz with changing lights that slowly pulse different colors. They kept the original exposed brick walls which gives off a warm look and they also put in a large clear front garage window that can fully open up in the warmer months.

Vintage Cantina main feature are a nice variety of tacos with gourmet ingredients. The tacos range from 3 to 6 dollars and are served on a double 5 inch flour or corn tortilla. I chose the Chicago Asada for $5.00 and the Margarita Chicken for $4.00. The tacos were served in an appealing neatly way, they were served standing up in a metal tray. The portion if each taco were small but each one was delicious.

The Chicago Asada consisted of grilled steak with onion, jack cheese, giardiniera and horseradish crema. The Margarita Chicken consisted of lime marinated chicken, with margarita mayo and matchstick jicama on top. The service throughout my lunch was pleasant.
