Since learning that Re-Play has the BEST dollar burgers in town, I thought I should check them out. They may have awesome grub but do they have good drinks? Re-Play is located on the West side of De Pere. When I pulled up there were barely any cars in the lot but when I entered there were way more than a few people inside. Where these thirsty people came from I'll never know. As my friend and I made our way to the bar, several friendly patrons greeted us with smiles. That's one thing I really like about Green Bay, you people are so friendly. If someone smiled like that at me in Chicago I would be nervous that they are about to mug me.

They have some of the usual beers on draught and root beer! I don't know why but I think it's so cute when root beer's on tap. We ordered Bud Light's, no surprise there, and sat at the bar. It was $5 for the both of our drinks. Looking around the place you see tons of signs for happy hour specials – Monday thru Thursday from 3PM – 6PM, karaoke nights and other beer paraphernalia. One of the signs posted said, “Mystery Shots.” If you're unfamiliar with these bad boys, allow me to introduce you to them. First off, they're super cheap. Re-Play's are a dollar. (I guess they like the dollar theme here with the buck burger and buck shots…) And it's a mystery. All wrapped up so you can't see what it actually is. Most likely it's a Snapps shot or some overstock liquor that's equally gross. Why take a gross mystery shot? Because. It's fun! Well, I think its fun. And so did this other guy, he was taking them like it was his job. Re-Play also carries a wide variety of bottled beer, canned sodas, and a full liquor bar. They have two pool tables and an internet jukebox. If you're not in the mood to sit at the bar you can relax at one of the hi-top tables bordering the opposite wall or just wait a little bit longer for those warm summer days and enjoy their outdoor patio. Re-Play is a great place to go and, well, play. You can people watch, mingle with the friendly staff and patrons, play pool, play your guilty pleasure music soundtrack or just watch some TV. I don't think Re-Play should only be known for their buck burgers, they should be known for a fun filled tavern also.

Buck Burger Review of Re-Play in De Pere, WI

Patricia: Re-Play is located in De Pere and offers dollar burgers on Saturdays & Wednesdays. The burger was a good 1/3 lb. and came on a delicious fresh dense bun that was buttered and nicely grilled. The beef patty had a great flavor and was cooked on a well seasoned grill with plenty of fried onions. The hamburger had a delicious buttery flavor to it. If you wanted American cheese on your burger the cost would be an extra 25 cents.

GreenBayNightLife Staff: This one was pretty delicious and a decent size. I'd go back for the burger even if it wasn't a $1.00. Toasted bun and a good flavor.
