Bar Review Razz MA Tazz Green Bay, WI

Man, I love Girls Night Out night. The best times out are the most random nights, I swear. One of my girlfriends called and wanted to meet for a few drinks but I wasn't in the mood. I had my crabby pants on and I was tired. Debbie Downer was in for the night. So after some back and forth of yes and no's I thought I won my case and that was that. Not even 20 minutes later she was at my door. With reinforcements. I could probably take one girl even if she is bigger than me. I'm fiesty. But four girls on one, I didn't stand a chance. I grabbed my phone and my keys and we were off. Off to where, I had no idea and at that point in time I didn't want to know. About 10 minutes later my partner in crime---- you know what, at this moment she was totally NOT my partner in crime-- about 10 minutes later, this crazy lady who had been accompanied by two other security details kidnapped me, pulled into the Razz MA Tazz parking lot. I quickly got out of the car and headed for the doors. When I walked inside around 6 or 7 heads turned my way like I entered some sort of private party. And they were all boys. Or men, whatever you want to say... and immediately I was greeted with 6 or 7 wide grins and hello's. If that doesn't make you giggle inside then you really are a Debbie Downer and you need to go home. Do not pass go, do not collect $200 and go home. Anyway, I thought that was cute and it put an instant smile on my face. My girls were right behind me and I noticed that I wasn't the only one blushing.
We sat on the other side of the bar and politely waited for the bartender. He came over pronto and asked us our order. Coors Lights were heard three times until my last girlfriend orders a Johnny Walker Red neat. You could hear the sound of a record being scratched and then feel everyone's faces turning towards my friend with this look of, "WTF." I had no idea we had Gramps with us tonight. I love my Grandpa very very much. He was an amazing man. He also LOVED scotches neat. I think that's a requirement for all men who are of grandpa status. So when this petite blondie orders it I'm shocked. Judging by the other looks, so is the rest of the bar. The bartender tilts his head back to laugh but catches himself and politely grabs a rocks glass and the Red Label. He pours a very, very healthy amount. It looks like more than a double to me. He rings us up and the total is $15. Three beers and a pint glass full of scotch only $15?? Bartender, we'll have another.
The actual bar is fairly large, it's an enclosed circle in the middle of the place and there are tables around the bar. Keep in mind, no sports bar is complete without darts and a pool table, and Razz has them in the back. Posters of beer specials and karaoke nights clutter up the walls so that you see no actual wall. Now let's get to the good stuff. On tap they have Guiness, several Leinie's, Budweiser, Coors Light, PBR, Miller Light, Hi Life, and two others that I didn't recognize. And they have lots of liquor products. I did notice they have outdoor seating but it wasn't open so maybe it's only used on weekend nights? I would call to see if it's open on a night you are going to be there if you want the fresh air. My girlfriends and I stuck around for a round or two (truthfully, three). We laughed and talked and my crabby pants came off. I'm not sure if it was the cool bartender, the relaxed atmosphere, the drinks, my friends, or the group of guys that cheered me in, but I left happy.
