Radio Radio Description
Radio Radio was born out of the need for a group of Milwaukee's finest on-the-scene musicians to play some of their favorite covers from days of their youth - New Wave and alternative hits from 1977-1984. No other band takes this true-to-life approach to the cover band. You will see and hear a band of top musicians playing songs no other band is covering, and in a way that makes you feel you are seeing and hearing the real thing. Artists covered range from The Cars, Missing Persons, Duran Duran, Elvis Costello, Psychedelic Furs, INXS, David Bowie, The Fixx, Flock Of Seagulls and more.

Radio Ghost is a solid cover band that puts it all out there for its fans and their fans return the favor. Clusters of groups were scattered throughout Bentley's and as the night progressed they co-mingled out on the floor, dancing to 70's & 80's classic rock to the most current bands. Core members, Kurt lead guitar, Ken "Kenner" bass/vocals, and Bill drums have been performing since 2003. Up until recently they had a female lead vocalist, Kelly, who has since parted from the band. Step in Ed, who brings 20 years of rock band experience to Radio Ghost. The performance at Bentley's happened to be his second time singing live with the band. The only indication that he was not one of the long-time members was his slightly less "relaxed" interaction with the rest of the band. They definitely knew
how to initiate the crowd into a frenzy by throwing down "Crazy B*tch," by Buck Cherry. Ed has a strong voice with great clarity that really carried on whichever artist he covered. Nailed it on "Man in the Box," by Alice in Chains, and was excellent singing "Hard to Handle," by the Black Crowes, "Bad Girlfriend," by Theory of a Deadman and ANY AC/DC song just to name a few. Kurt and Ken had many intense, amazing guitar jams; "Sweet Child O Mine," Guns 'n' Roses, "Sweet Emotion," by Aerosmith and "Panama," by Van Halen. All the while with Bill on drums commanding the beat. Radio Ghost will get you moving to their music and they want you to have fun interacting with them. So check out their next gig and prepare to be entertained.
