Heard alot about this place and finally tried it recently. It was very unique and never knew much of it even being in De Pere. Its kind of an old time eatery, narrow building, and charming.
The food portions were big and reasonable. My italian beef was just okay, it was a little on the dry side but decent.
Service was good and friendly.
I would go back but didn't quite live up to the hype it had going in.
1) My last 2 orders of ribs were so dry it was like eating jerky.
2) My last 2 orders of cole slaw were spoiled because they don't put a date on them before they load the carryout portions into the fridge. Sure, they gave me a refund on my next visit, but one bite of spoiled cole slaw spoils a meal.
3) The sandwiches are about 2/3 the size they used to be.
They were one of my favs back when the editorial review was written. I think you ought to check them out again.

Bar Review of Pasquale's in De Pere, WI
April 19, 2012
Wednesday evening I was out and about in the De Pere area. A friend of mine wanted to stop in at Pasquale’s for a cocktail or two. Or three. I’m somewhat embarrassed to say that I’ve never been to this place before last night and now that I have, I’m a tad sad that I’ve missed out on this little treasure for so long. Pasquale’s is a breath of fresh air from all the other sports bars. Don’t get me wrong, I heart me some sports bars. Same with dive bars, wine bars, old bars, new bars… you get the idea. Put any adjective in front of the word bar and I can get down. But the thing that I liked about Pasquale’s was that it was different than the usual bars I’ve been to. For instance, there are not multiple large screen TV’s showcasing ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Classic or ESPN Jersey Shore. You are forced to sit and relax in a bar setting and socialize with people not stare blankly at the television and/or play pool or toss darts. So what if you’re a party of one. The bartenders are super friendly and so are the other bar flies. One of my friends goes there sometimes during the day and nestles down with a beverage and a good book.
Pasquale’s is a small place with the bar part on one side and hi top tables on the other. The walls are literally covered with posters, wall art and airplanes. This will keep your eyeballs occupied checking everything out. The vibe here is very laid back and chill. All sorts of food is served here and also this place has beer. Like all kinds of beer. I could try and list all of them but it would take up the whole page. No joke. The full name of this place is Pasquale’s International Café, and they are so not lying about the International part. You have beers from all over the world. Some of their beers are Chimay, Peroni, Red Stripe, Heineken, Dos Equios, the Leinie’s line, Fat Tire, Stella, Guinness, Land Shark, a few Hinterland kinds and of course, the usual Bud, Miller and Coors products. They also carry a few NA’s. With my little eyes I spied Clausthauler and O’Douls. Please note that there are many, many more bottled beers here, I listed a small fraction of what they offer. There is a full liquor bar too. The prices are pretty cheap too, for a tall vodka soda and a Bud Light, the damage was $8.
Pasquale’s is a cool place; I really liked the atmosphere, the décor, the bartenders, the people and my strong bubbly. I will definitely be back. Oh, something to keep in mind, the hours here are not your standard bar hours. Monday through Saturday they’re open until 10PM.
