No Name Band Review at Swobey's Hideout in Green Bay, Wisconsin

Who are Chris Dame, Heath Hermans, Pat Hibbard, and Dennis Panneck and what’s the name of their band? No seriously, what’s the name of their band. Known only as the “No Name Band”, for now, these four guys were rocking it hard at Swobey’s Hideout on a Sunday night. And it was packed! What may have started out as a way for these talented musicians to blow off some steam, really let loose and jam unscripted has quickly turned into a band that’s drawing lots of attention. The premise: each guy, who by the way in addition have their own serious full-time gigs, chooses four songs that they have always wanted to play but for whatever reason never have. This meant the gamut from U2, Judas Priest, Foo Fighters, Cheap Trick, Beatles and even that obscure song from Valley Girl, but I can’t tell you the name because if you guess the title and band when you’re there you win a shot. Which brings me back to the band’s “temporary” name, “No Name Band”, they want you to name their band. When you come down to listen grab a slip of paper and write down your idea(s) for a name, whatever that may be. The person whose band name is selected will win a 1/4 barrel of beer. An unbelievably raw, power-packed, rockin band AND a chance to win beer does it get any better, seriously!
