Restaurant Review of Grazies Green Bay, Wisconsin

Interior of Grazies Green Bay, WIGreen Bay Restaurant Reviews by Patricia SummerfieldBy Patricia Summerfield
    June 5, 2009
Grazies is a locally owned Italian Grill; the restaurant makes all their own pizza doughs, pastas, breads, and sauces from scratch. The interior of the restaurant is done with dark woods, brick, extra large booths, a long bar with an open wood fire oven behind it and a gas fireplace towards the back of the restaurant.

For lunch I ordered the Bruschetta Chicken Salad for $11.45 and a glass of ice tea for $2.19. Bruschetta Chicken Salad at Grazies Green Bay, WisconsinMy server was nice but had a very low key personality; I also felt that the booths, although very long, were too tight. My salad consisted of fresh baby spinach and roma tomatoes tossed in balsamic vinegar and olive oil, accompanied by fresh pesto marinated mozzarella, and pesto grilled chicken with crispy toast points. While I waited for my salad I was brought French bread with seasoned olive oil for dipping and my ice tea. The bread did not taste fresh and the olive oil was on the bland side. My ice tea was served in a tall plastic glass and was instant not freshly brewed. My salad looked very appetizing with large pieces of chicken that had a nice flavor, but the dressing tasted watery. A nice plus is that they are smoke free.
