This place IS super clean and the kitchen is open behind the counter so you can watch the cooks. I was pleasantly surprised by Panda House when compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area. The orange chicken is by far the best orange chicken I've ever had (not that I'm a connoisseur or anything), but it was really good orange chicken with just the right amount of spice and not too much orange flavor. I've tried a couple of other things that were pretty good, but not as delicious as the orange chicken. Their vegetables, for the most part, are pretty fresh tasting too. They were courteous and quick despite the crowd.
