It had been awhile since I had been to Farr's Grove, but last Friday night my husband and I headed there for perch. Once we managed to find a parking spot, because it was full, we made our way into the main bar/eating area. We each ordered the single perch plate for $11.00. Which I thought was very reasonable, we were seated at our numbered table and awaited our food. I have to say that I'm glad that some things never change, but the seating and tables look like they belong in a high school cafeteria! It's the one thing I do not like about Farr's Grove. However, the perch was excellent. They definately know how to get people served and in and out as soon as possible. Which we appreciated. The double perch plate for a few dollars more, looked well worth it, since we asked someone recieving a huge plateful of perch if he ordered a triple!! He claimed it was only a double... Overall a Green Bay classic that continues to be a favorite of those in the know.
