Erbert & Gerbert's Subs & Clubs is a quick service sandwich shop. Their sandwiches are unequaled in quality, freshness and consistency. And their vision is to be the SANDWICH OF CHOICE.
Starting out years ago in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, founders Kevin Schippers and his wife, Beth, created Erbert & Gerbert's from the ground up. With a lot of time and attention and a commitment to high quality, the roots of Erbert & Gerbert's was built. The concept started franchising in 1992 and to date, has expanded to 47 stores across the Midwest.
